I am hoping to be as consistent as I possibly can with this. It is easy and natural for me to post to Facebook while blogging seems...overwhelming. I have tried before on occasion and seem to lose momentum. Usually that's because I waver from my progress and efforts to actually GET fit and healthy. This time though, I'm on a roll.
I thought about waiting to launch and share until I had lots of content that reflected the beginning of this journey through now. That definitely seemed too daunting so, I'll just start with today and add as I go. Hopefully I can post about some of the worthy things along the way that made me think, "I should really blog that." I have told myself that a few times and then some friends that were paying attention to my journey suggested the same.
So, more to come. I hope it is helpful to those that find it along the way.
