BOO! I missed posting yesterday. I had a full day and late last night it occurred to me I hadn't posted yet, but I was just too tired to sit down and get it done. So, I'll catch you up on yesterday and fill you in on today. It's a lot to post daily; I feel like there isn't enough NEW information to share. Sharing more often is the goal though, so it's helping to accomplish that.
I made it to Saturday morning boot camp yesterday.
Stephanie put us through quite a core finisher. The final five minutes of core work kills me more than the entire boot camp circuit. Day 5 of the All Access Challenge looked like this...
Because we had so much core work in Boot Camp and did sit-ups in Strike Force afterwards, I figured I'd just do the arm exercises at home. We got so busy yesterday afternoon, (Ikea and Costco shopping), that I didn't get those done either. So, I did them this morning while at the gym with my friend Kate.
Today's workout looked pretty insane but, we had other plans today that conflicted with me getting that done. Tomorrow is scheduled to be a rest day so, instead, I'll do it then.
My gluts have been sore since Leg Day. *sigh* It's a lot of work, but I'm getting it done. I'm having to adjust scheduling a little bit, but I WILL NOT QUIT!
The scale is still being stubborn. While this doesn't bother me much anymore because I know I'm living healthy, I do want to win my weight loss wagers. So far, so good. I have plenty of time left and not far to go.
Tomorrow is Monday. I am looking forward to putting some good work in at the gym(s). Hope you all had a great weekend. Here's to a fabulous week.
