We have had a lot of construction in the area lately and for the second time in just a few days, they managed to take out our internet. Yesterday, it was out for most of the day and late into the evening. I wasn’t about to try and post from my phone so, I apologize, but…no Day 7.
Here we are at Day 8 and I am behind on the BodyBuilding.com exercises. BUT, only because I have been so busy in the gym doing other awesome things. I did end up having a great Monday. It looked something like this…
Monday, May 7th:
9:15 am Aquafit
10 am to 11:30 am Lap Swim
3:30 pm to 5 pm Planet Fitness workout/TBE/Hydro Massage
I have my brow touch up appointment tomorrow afternoon. I’ll need to take it easy for a few days so I’m glad I got lots of work in this week. I do have a busy weekend planned with my son Spencer so if I don’t get here to update everyday like I originally hoped, I’m sorry. Hopefully I’ll be back with good things to report.
Just for clarification, you don’t have to put in as much work as I do in the gym to get results. Don’t think that because you can’t get to the gym multiple times a day for hours at a time, that you can’t make changes to positively impact your health and life in general. I am “fitnessing” full-time. This is my journey and what it looks like. Yours could look completely different…JUST GET ON IT!
